The DINAHIT SILVERFEST 2018
The first ever festival in the island province of Catanduanes is celebrating the 25th or silver anniversary of its foundartion since in 1994 in commemoration of the Austronesiam migration to this island using a double outrigger non-motorized banca called "DINAHIT" by the locals and whose replica and mannner of boat construction is found in Barangay Canlubi. Its construction is long practiced in the said community.
